We file the permit with Riverside County Building and Safety and manage all follow-up. Once the permit is approved - typically two to four weeks - we schedule the crew and begin. You do not need to be on-site every day.
When construction is finished, we walk the project with you to review the work against the original scope. Any remaining items are addressed before we consider the job complete and close out the permit with the county.
